SPRING IS HERE SUMMARY

Mole woke up and went outside to smell the fresh air. Wondering if it was spring, he stepped in mud and saw snow melting. He had to tell Bear!

But each time he went to wake up Bear, he was ignored with a snore. He tried tapping on the window, tickling his nose, and even playing his instrument to no avail.

Finally, he had an idea. He milked, churned, mixed, and baked. Mole brought in the food under Bear’s nose. He woke up, and shouted to Mole, “Wake up! Spring is here!”
