1. Bone Soup by Cambria Evans

It is the time of year for the feast of all feasts! Finnigin is nothing more than skin and bone. Everywhere he goes, he brings his eating stool, spoon, and his ravenous eating mouth! In passing, he asks a witch where the Halloween Feast is. She took one look at him and flew away without a reply.

Back in her town, she told all the creatures that Finnigin was coming. They hid all their food! Bat wings to cellars and eyeballs booby-trapped in glasses- they must protect their goods from Finnigin! Once he arrived, everyone shooed him away. That is, until he gathered wood, a big cauldron, and placed his magical bone inside. All the creatures came out, wanting to see what this bone soup was all about. As he swirled the soup, the creatures ended up giving him all of their resources. Once it was done, the whole town had a feast together! Finnigin was pleased and the townspeople were full!
